Overnight oats are one of my workweek staples because they’re filling and super easy to grab and go as I’m walking out the door in the morning.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice, and your choice of toppings. I love shredded coconut and fresh fruit.

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a Healthy Human cruiser and stir. Cover with the lid and place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add whatever toppings you’d like and dig in!
